What I Offer

Individual
Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents (ages 15 and older) seeking greater clarity, emotional steadness, and deeper self-understanding.

Therapy offers a confidential, structured space to explore internal experiences, navigate challenges, and develop sustainable patterns of growth.

My work is collaborative and thoughtfully paced. Together, we examine emotional responses, relational dynamics, and recurring patterns while building practical tools that support resilience and intentional change.

Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety & Chronic Stress

I work with individuals who experience persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, or a constant sense of being “on edge.” Together, we identify the underlying patterns driving anxiety and develop practical tools that strengthen regulation, steadiness, and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and less governed by stress.

  • Depression & Mood Concerns

Feelings of heaviness, low motivation, or emotional disconnection can make daily life feel more difficult than it should. In our work, we explore the contributing factors beneath these experiences while gradually rebuilding engagement, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.

  • Life Transitions & Adjustment

Whether you are navigating a career shift, relationship change, relocation, or identity evolution, transitions can unsettle even the most stable foundations. I support clients in processing these changes thoughtfully, clarifying next steps, and moving forward with greater confidence and alignment.

  • Relationship Patterns & Attachment

Many of the challenges we experience in relationships are rooted in earlier relational dynamics. I help clients explore attachment patterns, communication styles, and recurring themes that influence connection — creating space for healthier, more secure relationships over time.

  • Emotional Regulation & Resilience

Strong emotions are part of being human, but they do not have to feel overwhelming. In therapy, I help clients better understand their emotional responses, build regulation skills, and increase resilience so they can respond rather than react.

  • Personal Growth & Self-Understanding

Not everyone seeks therapy during crisis. Some come with a desire for deeper insight, clearer decision-making, or alignment with personal values. I work with individuals who are ready to reflect intentionally and engage in meaningful personal growth.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach is grounded in professional clinical training and evidence-informed frameworks. While structured and ethically guided, therapy remains relational and reflective.

Methods may include:

✔ Person-centered psychotherapy.
✔ Attachment-informed perspectives.
✔ Compassion-focused work.
✔ Mindfulness-based strategies.
✔ Strength-based approaches

Interventions are selected thoughtfully based on your needs, goals, and preferences. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.

What to Expect

Sessions provide a consistent, confidential setting where we:

✔ Explore emotional and relational patterns.
✔ Develop practical coping strategies.
✔ Clarify values and direction.
✔ Strengthen insight and self-awareness

You are not expected to arrive with perfect clarity. Part of the work is discovering it together.
